First PR: Add WrapMode to TextView/TextEditor

just created my first tiny PR :-)
Since I am pretty new to the Aparoksha/Adwaita/Gtk development as a whole, it'd be great, that if you have any critisism/suggestions, if you could also explain the "why" behind it, so that I can learn.
